This table is the best table I have ever come across in my 30 years in the antique business.The table has everything.Size9 ft.,condition-excellent original finish, FULL massive carvings on the ends and underneath and is made of walnut.The top is 3-4inches thick.The carvings of the standing puties are very fine.The photos do not do this table justice.I was told when i bought this table that it came from the DEM.HQts.in n.y.c.back when J.F.K. was president and which he signed many documents.GREAT PIECE.Circa 1870's-1890's,base is completely hand carved.THIS TABLE IS ONE OF A KIND... |
